Valley Of Flower National Park: A beautiful place nestled with Himalayan Flowers

Imagine a place which is surrounded by beautiful flowers and nestled itself with serenity, the valley of Flower national park is something beyond this imagination. Situated in Western Himalaya region in the state of Uttarakhand, this place has a large variety of Himalayan flowers.

This highly diverse area is also home to unusual and vulnerable creatures, the valley of flower national park enhances the strong hill forests of Nanda Devi to the eastern. Together, they consist of an exclusive conversion area between the hills varies of the Zanskar and Great Himalaya.

It is about 8 km long and 2 km wide. Both reserve areas are fitted in the Nanda Devi Biosphere Source which is further enclosed by a shield area. This Source is the UNESCO World System of Biosphere reserve since 2004. The Valley of Flower national park was little known to outside globe due to its inaccessibility. 
In 1931,  S. Smith, Eric Shipton and R.L. Holdsworth, all English mountaineers, missing their way while coming back from an effective adventure to Mt. Kamet and occurred upon the position, which was complete of blossoms. They were drawn to the attractiveness of the position and known as if the “Valley of Flower” Smith later wrote a book of the same name.

Best Time To visit:  The valley looks beautiful throughout the year if you want to visit in a time when the beauty of this national park is at its peak then you can schedule your holiday tour between July and August.
